Guest Speaker: Lu Tianle, Master's Student，Pursuing Postgraduate Studies

Lu Tianle ranked first in the preliminary examination for the 2024 entrance exams in the School of Marine Science and Technology. With a perspective as a firsthand participant, he systematically outlined the key points of the entire preparation process for postgraduate entrance exams for students preparing for the exams. The sharing focused on timeline planning, learning strategies for various subjects, and methods to tackle the unique characteristics of the college's programs.

He covered the critical phases for core subjects such as mathematics, English, and specialized courses, providing techniques for overcoming key difficulties and breakthroughs. Additionally, he conducted a targeted analysis of the frequency distribution of high-stakes topics and the patterns of previous exam questions in the specialized courses of the School of Marine Science and Technology.

Guest Speaker: Ai Miao, Undergraduate Student，Employed by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

Ai Miao brought her “Job Hunting Handbook,” filled with practical insights and clearly structured details. She provided an in-depth introduction on how to create a professional resume that impresses HR, how to obtain interview information, and how to handle interviews with composure.

Additionally, she advised her classmates to continuously learn from each interview experience, emphasizing the importance of optimizing their resumes while continually enhancing their own skills. In conclusion, she encapsulated the essence of interviews with the phrase “Aim for precision, seize the key points.” The former emphasizes the precise match between the target position and one's self-advantages, while the latter encourages focusing on core issues to highlight key competencies, providing students with actionable guidance for their job search.
